This Gamespot Interview, with the game playing and visible throughout. Will add to the list as I go. The number on the left is the starting time in the video for the reference. This will include more detail than I expect Phaedon will use:
00:04:25 -- RPG elements. Menus on the squad members screens show power effects such as range in meters and duration in seconds to the first decimal place. (Presumably such precision reflects the effect of modifiers) Submenus show further detail in different categories: Damage effect, henchmen damage, recharge speed, Influence and Duration, Headshots, Weapons Master, etc.
(Side note: The interviewer mentions that crowd reaction to the RPG elements has been very positive at E3)
00:07:38 -- Planets -- Tunchanka, at least, has more than one landing site now. At some point in the game, there are at least three, each with its own mission: City Ruins: Support (Can't make it out. Let's call it "Allied") Company," "The Shroud: Counter Attack Reapers," and "Downed Vessel: Search for Survivors."
So the confirmed feature would be that planets will have more than one landing location with varied terrain and missions. My pure speculation is that, sometimes, Shep will have to choose one mission rather than others or choose what order to do various missions in, putting him/her in those tough choice dillemmas BioWare keeps hinting at.
00:14:40 --STORY SPOILER -- Anderson does not jump aboard the Normandy in that opening sequence on Earth but does not die there. Dialoge was talked-over but Anderson cleary motions to Shep that he's going back.
