It depends. I set the time that the GDC begins as a specific time, after the press registration, which I assume that the countdown clock starts at. Well, there is the possibility that the website clock is one of the 'cheap' ones, does it show 9 hours for you too?

Croatia's timezone is different to Greece's by one hour, I think. This means, that the website clock is one of the cheap ones. If you changed the time on your PC, it would probably change too. Trust mine instead.

It doesn't. It's very logical that it will, and there is also a  possibility that it is the event during which the final DLC may be announced.
