Does anyone know if Shepard will always have a pistol or no? Because if they don't redo pistols why would anyone use them when you can use something bigger?

Anyway, I wonder how they will handle Samara (and especially you-know-who if you did you-know-what during Samara's loyalty mission). I don't expect Samara (or you-know-who) to be recruitable characters, but there should be dire ramifications depending on how you handled her situation in ME2.

I think there are more people out there who would like to see her again in ME3. If she is not a full squad member it should be handled well for the people who romanced her.

Samara´s job is done, i don´t think she will return as a full squad member, Liara will take the Asari-place anyway. Same with Zaeed and Kasumi, they were there to fight the Collectors, but now? I don´t think they will stay.

Legion will sure be your link to the Geth, so he might be on your ship, Thane...well we know what is happening with him. I´m curious how they will handle Miranda, she is on your side, even when you destroy the base she says it was the right thing to do. Jacob, no idea, he didn´t seem to be very popular.

Also i expect characters like Anderson, Wrex etc to be only part time squad members (if at all), they are way to important to follow you and will sure be busy to gather troops for you against the Reapers. And you have Grunt as your Krogan killing machine in your team, you are his battlemaster and he is always in for a fight, it would make no sense to replace him. Same with Garrus and Tali, i would sure be pissed after 2 games if these two are not in my squad, that would make me go nuts {smilie} (especialy since Tali is my LI for my "main" Shep)

I´m really looking forward to why TIM want´s to kill you and to what in the hell could ever stop the Reapers

Agreed, which is why I never worry about being far enough along in either my paragon or renegade meters to make that decision.  I hate them both equally tbh.  Samara is on one extreme.  Her justicar code is all there is.  Where as Morinth is on the opposite side of that spectrum where she has 0 code.  They're like two sides of the same coin.  A coin in which I have absolutely no use for lol
