I think we're talking about Kai Leng.
It's Kaidan. I can see the Spectre emblem on his right arm.

Also says that we are going to visit Thessia
Hmm I wonder whether we get to go to both Ilium AND Thessia or if someone got their wires crossed? Ilium is such an Asari dominated world it just seems odd to include them both. Getting to see the Captial planet of each Council race certainly makes sense though. I kinda hope Omega turns up again too, even if only briefly.
Jack's presence (she "decided to put on a shirt" and her head is "not as shaved as it used to be").
And a concept art of a white human male in armor, with a scar on his
checkcheek (Kaidan, Sanders, whatever ?).
I imagine it's Kaidan if it has a Spectre symbol present. Plus apparently Sanders is noticably 'roid-ed up.

Lol, no way is the image is Kai Leng. He is definetly the same Kaidan we saw in GI, same armour and all.Fiery Phoenix wrote...

I think Level must have got it wrong and they were probably referring to Thessia. It would make more sense to go there from a story perspective.

Anyhow, I'll send the picture to those who asked right away... I should say pictures, I took another one where you can see him full-size: legs, gun and all. I'll just send both from now on.
If you had the cropped one and want the second, you know the drill > PM.

Heh, I didn't mean to sound condescending. Just saying then unless Kai Leng is Kaidan's twin (well, the first three letters of their names are both Kai, conspiracy?) then that isn't him.Fiery Phoenix wrote...

Not a problem.
Not as shaved hair?
If it's still short, not a problem.

Eh? Check the feature itself.Geirahod wrote...
Time period? Like DA2? >.<! me don't likes that idea.
It's in the story section.
Time period is how much time has passed since a specific DLC.

OP updated, forgot to add you to the credits N30795, but I'll do it when I get some time.
No problem
For every one wondering "what exactly that french mag says?", here are the most interesting passages (as I can't put scans...).
I... kinda tried to translate everything. Hope it makes sense !
Plein. "
What matters is the end, "Alas, two months after [Arrival], the Grim Reaper is in orbit. With friends. Many friends. " Pun intended with the grim reaper (fr. "La Faucheuse", and "Reapers" = "Moissonneur").
"... it is by pleading your cause throughout the galaxy that you will be able to gather new allies. That's enough reasons to go back one more time on the irradiated Tuchanka, but also to visit the homeworld of the Salarian, the homeworld of the Asari and some Turian moon. You should even mount an expedition to Rannoch, the Quarian homeworld, behind the Perseus Veil... "
" If Liara T'Soni is still the same person that fans reunited with in ME2 DLC " Lair of the Shadow Broker ", biotic Kaidan Alenko definitely gained in stature. With loose hair, the charming Ashley attracts attention, Garrus removed the bandages from his damaged face and the insolent Jack, a strong (but not as shaved as it was) headed girl, finally resolved herself to put on a shirt. For now, the only new recruit seen on screen was a builky soldier named Jim Sanders. "
It's not a mistake on my part, he did write "Jim" Sanders.
