Its the image of Kaidan that is cropped at the head from the "guess who's back" section of the PSM article, but it includes the rest of his torso.

Hmm I wonder whether we get to go to both Ilium AND Thessia or if someone got their wires crossed? Ilium is such an Asari dominated world it just seems odd to include them both. Getting to see the Captial planet of each Council race certainly makes sense though. I kinda hope Omega turns up again too, even if only briefly.

Jack's presence (she "decided to put on a shirt" and her head is "not as shaved as it used to be").

And a concept art of a white human male in armor, with a scar on his check cheek (Kaidan, Sanders, whatever ?). 

I imagine it's Kaidan if it has a Spectre symbol present. Plus apparently Sanders is noticably 'roid-ed up.

I think Level must have got it wrong and they were probably referring to Thessia. It would make more sense to go there from a story perspective.

Heh, I didn't mean to sound condescending. Just saying then unless  Kai Leng is Kaidan's twin (well, the first three letters of their names are both Kai, conspiracy?) then that isn't him.

Eh? Check the feature itself.
It's in the story section.

Time period is how much time has passed since a specific DLC.

Personally I think it would be interesting if the game contained multiple redesigns for Jack, and the one used is determined by her relation with Shepard at the end of ME2 (not romanced/paragon/renegade)
