Hey guys,

I've used the bioware store before and pleased with the service but I have a question with my latest order.

On November 17th I placed an order for a N7 Striped shirt, a Normandy ''This is how i roll'' shirt and I preordered the Shepard figurine. I week later or so It was confirmed my card had been credited the amount the bill came too. I live in the UK so i payed for shipping but my last order came within 2 weeks of placing my order, I was wondering whether my order has been placed on hold because of the time of year or because i preordered Shepard figure?  The status of the order is still Pending fulfillment.


Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks alot

The order is probably on hold due to your Shepard figure (it's been delayed numerous times now). You might want to contact support if you want your shirts sooner.

Most likely because of the figure, its delayed until Jan 2011 or later. I guess they won't ship the shirts seperately without you asking them to. I'd suggest placing a seperate order for the fig and having them cancel the fig from your shirt order. Contact support and see what they say.
