I'd like to take part but I'm not gonna sign up to third party sites (Facebook & Twitter) to do so.  Guess being an active member on Biowares own page doesn't get them any addiional hits, so we don't count.

Oh great, the future is in social networking. How about a contest where you're not required to create accounts that you have absolutely no use for? Just saying.

I can't believe I still remember my twitter password. Haven't used that POS since that community...thing...ya'll did. Also, I can barely stand allowing things on facebook to access my information even if my facebook only contains my name and gender. I'm -that- paranoid.

Okay, I followed all the twitter stuff easily but the facebook pages that I need to "like" are not showing up for me. I think I have the right bioware & DA fan page, but are we suppose to like mass effect or the mass effect 2 (which has a lot more fans) page?

The irony is that even fans in the U.S. such as myself got screwed by the Bazaar since the only people who won any of the prizes were the ones with an army of bot programs racking up an obscene number of points for them. 

The contest was overhyped so that everone was dissapointed when we found out it wasn't a game announcement, it pissed off the overseas fans of Mass Effect and when it finally happened all the prizes went to charlatans.

The whole thing was a complete debacle in every imaginable way.  I hope Bioware learned their lesson.

Thats not true. I won a copy of the DAO bundle and I didn't have any bots, or for that matter get all of my clicks every day. I got all my clicks one day, and I won 2 of the Twitter contests. Sure I had no chance at getting something big but I wanted those books and the game so it didn't matter.

I had fun with the Bazaar, and I hope they do something similar again. Those contests are always more fun than the simple draw from a hat thing like most are.
