Why not make a kyptonite bullet & shoot him a couple of times? It's not like he will initially dodge it, he will think it's just a normal bullet & stand there. Then slit his throat with a krypto-knife. Sell his corpse to Lex, pocket the profits.

Since Starfang is made out of Krypto..... uhh Star Metal.. and The warden weilds Saurfang.. Who would win in a fight between The Warden and Superman?

Also we got a conclusion for Vigilances fate. What happened to Starfang however since we couldnt import it into origins?

It depends on whether that was a typo or not (any wow players here should get it).

Ok so Batman would win against the both of em aye.. Starfang is so Kryptonite. When the Star metal drops you can just tell its a superman reference when the couple find a boy in the crater and take him home. Hes so on Kryptonite. So Yeah Starfang is made of Kryptonite.

Anyway yeah Like I said before, What the hell happened to starfang. Was a powerful sword cool weapon I wanna know what happened to it. Vigilance got a story.. =(

It got the shaft because it came out after Awakening, not before. Haven't been patched into Awakening item list later on, either.

That's what Superman SHOULD do but never does.

If we're going by 'what happens in comics' then Superman and the Warden trade blows like morons, neither of them are the definite winner because that would upset someone's fandom, and in the end they realize they're on the same side and team up to fight the real villain. :)

I don't read comics, but I'm going to guess and say they don't ultimately defeat the villain, only postpone his short term plans?

Hmmm... They might stick the villain in jail only to have him or her escape in a few months, but this is a Superman-level villain.

So, yes, you are right.

My images album told me that.

It's okay though, Batman can take your hate. He's the hero Thedas deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So you'll hate him because he can take it. Because he's not their hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. A dark knight.

When I labeled that Batman image 'Liana,' I meant the awesome Batman I don't hate, not the Batman I hate.

I have a complicated relationship with Batman.

The thing about the Man of Steel is he could have dealt with the blight simply by eliminating all the darkspawn before dealing with the Archdemon, thereby circumventing the travelling soul deal.

Probably all before lunch.

Overall, I'm tempted to say there is little difference to my original post.

I know of at least one reason for your hate of Batman. Yet I can't help but approve of it a little, in a certain way.

Maybe this is the place where I can say that I don't really like superheroes much, apart from some exceptions, but I really liked 'The Dark Knight'. That's the kind of hero I can appreciate.

Well, no one ever said Superman was the smartest. Why else do you think Batman has won most, if not all, of their fights? ^_^

(yes, also a major comic book geek over here)

Intelligence/strategy wins over all

This is just weird, abstract, and funny.

I can't tell if you're disagreeing with me or not. Doesn't matter though. I enjoy this little animation :)

Yep.  Whenever something like this comes up, I always say, "Bet on the Kryptonian, unless the opponent is the Batman."

You give him way too little credit.  The man can easily see what kind of bullet it is, plust kryptonite doesn't immediately incapacitate him.  If it did he would have been killed by Luthor or Metallo who is powered by kryptonite and constantly leaves his power source exposed during their fights.

I dunno, Kal El's willpower is far superior to Bruce's I mean c'mon how many times has a brainwashed or magically controlled Superman turned on the Justice League or Bats specifically and Supes still didn't kill his rich ass?

The only thing Bats can count on in fight with Supes is that Supes is gonna hold himself back in some manner even if the fight is a forced fight. But nevertheless the day Supes loses it and really truly doesn't care anymore is the day Bats dies.

Alright...

Grey Warden Bruce Wayne versus an Indoctrinated Kal-El.... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand GO!

mmm... I'm not completely sure about that. I mean, yeah, obviously Superman is powerful (ridiculously so, especially in the movies, which is one reason I don't like him as a comic book character [too "perfect"]), and if it was a contest of superpowers obviously Superman would win.

The comics/fights I'm referring to are intense fights, where Superman was either brainwashed as you suggested, or they had such angry disagreements that they had to settle it with blows. In that case, Superman holding back may be a viable excuse for losing, but at the same time, even holding back he theoretically have no trouble dealing with a human.

The main reason Batman has won each time is that Bruce Wayne is one of the most intelligent heroes in comic book history, only being rivaled by super-geniuses or others who actually have brain-powers such as Professor Xavier. Each time, especially in the one comic I remember, Batman outsmarted Superman at every turn, using Superman's attacks/strengths against him.

Superman has brawn and powers, but thats pretty much all he has. He isn't as SKILLED of a fighter as Batman.
