How do you get passed the bard door in the weirwolf ruines?

I assume by "bard" you mean barred

If you mean the one right by the entrance of the ruins, dont worry about it. It will open up when it needs to as it's part of the plot

When one way is barred... look for another. Explore the map, maybe you can find an alternate route.

Basically you will have to go around it, the long way. And the rewarding way, there's loot and riches to be found.
