That question came to me while I was making a build for my arcane warrior. I'm making a thread for this because I wasn't sure if there has already been a thread about this. I've done some calculations and research and so far these are my findings for mage character:

Constitution: 2

Attributes:
(PC) 5 pts: 2x Mortal Vessels, 1x Frozen Wastes
(Xbox 360/PS3) 16 pts: 2x Mortal Vessels, 1x Frozen Wastes, 3x Skill And Sundry, 1x Formari Tome, 4x Arcane/Physical Techniques, 1x Ethereal Suggestion (Desire Demon in the Fade), 1 after curing Arl Eamon, and 1 after Landsmeet.

Skills:
3x Skill And Sundry
1x Formari Tome
1 after curing Arl Eamon (Rogue)

Talents:
4x Arcane/Physical Techniques
1x Ethereal Suggestion (Mage)
1 after the Grey Warden Joining Ritual
1 for curing Arl Eamon (Mage & Warrior)
1 after Landsmeet

These are what I could find from Wikia. Corrections and contributions are welcome. However, I think there are more bonuses out there. Help me.
