I just woke up (I'm in China), saw Phaedon's link, clicked in IMMEDIATELY.

I saw an interview end, then I heard the Illusive Man's overture, then some guy did a lame Illusive Man impression, said some stuff, showed ME2, then...

"Over 2 million dead..."

Did anyone see what that guy shot? Looked humaniod but could'nt be certain.

I just downloaded the video from Gametrailers (it's a good site, good reviews, HD videos).  I'm 90% sure it's a husk.  When it hits the ground, about 30 seconds in, you get a better look through the dust.

Would make sense for it to be a husk but its not really clear enough - you just see a humanoid outline, no sign of any augmentations.
