Hi Everyone

The VGA Awards on Spike TV will start in a little under an 1 hour from now (5pm PST). This thread is for discussion on the show, awards that BioWare is up for, whether we win or not and general good times as you wait for whatever the BioWare reveal will be. I cannot tell you what it is, but I can say that it is worth waiting for.

Once again BioWare or our games are up for awards in the following Categories:
Studio of the Year - BioWare
Best Xbox 360 Game - Mass Effect 2
Best PC Game - Mass Effect 2
Best RPG - Mass Effect 2
Best Original Score - Mass Effect 2
Best Performance by a human male - Martin Sheen as The Illusive Man - Mass Effect 2
Best Performance by a human female - Jennifer Hale - Commander Shepard - Mass Effect 2
Best Performance by a human femal - Yvonne Strahovski - Miranda Lawson - Mass Effect 2
Best DLC - Lair of the Shadowbrokr - Mass Effect 2
Game of the Year - Mass Effect 2

I do not know when in the show which awards are going to be presented. I also do not know when in teh show our reveal will be announced.

If you cannot watch the event live, I would check out Gametrailers.com after the show to see what is revealed.

I'll be watching teh show, but will drop by to post as awards are won or not. Go BioWare!

Oh and Deadliest Warrior is the dumbest show I have ever seen

Just set it to tape. While I'd love to see ME2 sweep all the awards I think it deserves to win Best RPG, Best Original Score, Best Performance by a human female - Jennifer Hale,Best DLC - Lair of the Shadowbroker without question

Bioware should be up for "Best Character", but some CoD and God of War stole two spots they don't deserve. You could make the argument for Assassin's Creed, and Red Dead's guy deserves it. I'd personally nominate Mordin, Joe from Mafia 2, and Artyom for Metro 2033
