Did that once, no problem with doing that again.

Renegade Shep will get it done through sheer awsomeness! Then put on some sunglasses and walk away from an explosion in the background.TexasToast712 wrote...
No matter what something tells me that the Paragon Option to ending the game will involve Shepard sacrificing his life to stop the Reapers. Renegade will still get the job done without sacrifice but have sever consequences.

Woah man...woah...you forgot the Calimary Crusier...how else can Akbar let us know when theres a trap afoot?....Also...I think we need the Pre-Flood High Charity....and the Star Forge....and the Clone Army led by Luke Skywalker...and the Droid army led by Grevious...and his flagship Malevolence. Keep in mind we can't forget Noble Team...they need to participate in the "most glorious death contest" to distract the Reapers. Then once FemShep and Sheploo finish their selfcest in the Captians quarters they order Joker to show em their teeth by fireing the main gun...which launchs a hoaming becon which in turn sends a signal to Chuk Norris to tell him where to deliver a roundhouse kick. (I don't think the effects of such destructive force can be described). THEN! as if that wasn't enough...just for good measure The Lone Wanderer programs the Bradly-Hercules attack satillites to launch all warhead salvo's, then The Courier activates Archimedes II and calls down the wrath of the Hammer of Dawn on steroids. Meanwhile Hoffman launchs a Light Mass Bomb which blinds all of the Reapers and temporarily disorients them and hopefuly weakening the shields in the process. Then the iceing on the cake? the Necromonger's drop out of FTL flight just in time to be the reinforcements. (If anyone gets this next reference bravo) Then Baowdaar appears and falcon punchs Luna into Harbinger. Finally Aslan drops out of the sky and delivers a beasial roar that alters the fabric of space-time thus opening the portal that allows...The Beyonder! (pre-retcon) But even then...to ensure victory...we summon the most powerful force to ever exist in the history of time....Mr. Rogers....

Even ever think that maybe Cerberus is actually trying to do good for humanity? Or atleast keep it going, I mean c'mon, TIM isn't stupid. I hope the Collector Base ends up being like the ultimate mobile medical station. I think the Base could be used for good, given the circumstances.
Cerberus is trying to do good for humanity. The problem being their tunnel-vision and single-minded pursuit of that goal leads them to overlook other complications. The only projects we find about with Cerberus are the ones that have critically failed with the possible exception of Lazarus. Now there is something to be said that we probably would never uncover the projects that didn't miserably fail. But it doesn't lend itself the best credence. And frankly, TIMs lack of accountability while still maintaining excessive oversight over the projects just feels awkward, but that, most likly is a writing issue.
For me, TIM comes off as either being ignorant about what his organization does, or simply reckless and not caring about the consequences if it leads somehow to his goal. Neither are really sympathetic to my concerns.
Time will tell, as always. I anticipate that most folks will find themselves rather disappointed that the ramifactions of ME2 choices on ME3 are largely minor plot elements similiar to the choices made in ME1 and their effect on ME2. Although I do hope that this time, they get the effects right [Conrad!].
