Hi

I've been charged twice for brought a Mass Effect 2 DLC (Kasumi - Stolen Memory). Prior to the purshase, my bioware point balance was 1600 bioware points (which I brought just before the buying the DLCs) . First I brought it, when a was ready to make the 2nd transaction (the Lair of Shadow Broker DLC). I was suprised that my balance was only 480 bioware points

Could somebody help me ?

I contated ea support and they're very suportive, my problem was solved.
