I'm unable to download the toolset. Every time I get to the screen where I should be able to dl the toolset is says I need to have registered game in order to do this even thought I have already done so. If I try to re-register it just gives the same message and keeps sending me arround it circles. Does this have something to do with a bad cookie? If so what is the cookie I need to delete as I don't wish to delete all my cookies as they are needed for other places I go on web.

Cookies are *@social.bioware, but the problem is that your registration isn't being recorded properly. Some users who experience this have solved it by re-registering at a later time. That's currently the best advice anyone can give you.
