What are you going to do though if all the heat sinks are made in the uk,all those guns you have will be useless once the husks are done eating us!

Unlikely, everything is made in China. If china had a population of lets say 2 billion at the time of the attack, and at the rate the reapers are killing people, I would say heat sink prodution would last a couple years.

Well, if Shepard doesn't come through with help soon, there's always The Doctor.

Yeah, let's be sensible. When big huge aliens start clobbering London, you don't call the marines.

You call the Chronomedical services.

(Failing that, there's Capt. Jack Harkness, who'll certainly get the job done. It's just a lot messier. On the plus side, more nookie for everyone.)

yep, America's gonna have to save Britain a 3rd time. Actually wait a sec, by 2185 USA will probably have saved Britain something more like 6 or seven times, hahaha. just kidding, nobody freak out.

I hadn't thought of that. For all we know, he already knows it's coming, and that bendy buses were agents for the Reapers. Who would have thought that Boris Johnson was a man of such vision?

As long as it isn't the English National Football team that's fighting we'll be fine.

I swear, tea stays in the Cup longer.

When the French looked at the dinner table, they saw an opportunity to have dinner. When the English looked at the dinner table, they saw the opportunity to play Wiff Waff!

Poor, poor, Reapers. They don't know what they're in for when they meet Boris Johnson.

I'm glad they picked London, frankly. That shot of the Reapers tearing it up was iconic. If they'd chosen, say, America, I just wouldn't have cared.

"Oh, look. The White House blew up. Yawn."

Seriously, I think I'm the only one in this country that realizes we aren't the center of the universe.

Agreed. I've seen enough of (insert American top city/symbol here) being blown up and razed in film. I wonder, then, what the other areas around the world are that are under seige?

Pardon me for asking, but am I the only one getting "War of the Worlds" vibes from the shots of Reapers attacking London? I mean they even look a little tripodish with how they're attacking.

And I mean the book, not the crappy movie that took place in New York.

Canadian myself.. but like many Canadians, a fond affinity for our British friends... seeing London hit like that felt about as rough as if they had hit Ottawa (cus it's a gorgeous, clean city.. not cus it's the seat of government) or my hometown Toronto.

I think you mean "The White House blew up. Again? Doesn't that happen in every film ever?" The answer to which is yes. Yes it does. Even in the romantic comedies.

Going to London, however, is a good change of pace.

On-topic: I'm from Shropshire. Reporting for Reaper-arse-kicking, Sir!

seriously I want to see 'the whole US american big cities will be destroyed forever. not even a chance to rebuild. in order to achieve, I must help reapers. all human must die.

any reason for this besides being anti-american?

It's good to see a different well known city being on the blunt end of an Alien invasion but man why are so many people turning it into an anti-american thing (not just in this tread)?

I mean no matter what it always gets turned into an American bashing thing for some people I mean come on Canadians, British, and Americans share a common cultural history but some people are just haters for no reason and see it ok to constantly rag on 300+ million people of the US assuming all are the same (or what ever the North American States population is in ME universe).

But I'm wondering if there any other locations on earth that will be seen and fought through in ME3. Not just cities but around the world but other enviroments too. Like maybe a constanly changing front line of battle that slowly expands around the world.

I am afraid, you are wrong, Monsieur Evilhead. No matter how bad things are, "we can always beat the French" http://www.albinobla...ext/france.html) ;)

However, I have no objections to the Reapers blowing up Berlin. The should just make sure our crappy government is there while they do it.

I think it's obvious that the sniper in the trailer is drawing the Reapers to Parliament Square, where the Metropolitan Police will proceed to kettle them. Repel the millions-years-old death machines without a single shot, that's the way to do it!

On a more serious note, if London is actually part of the game(and it should be!) I hope they feature the Shard of Glass:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Shard

It would fit in with the setting despite already being built.
