(I initially created this topic in the fan creations section, but I figured it might be more fitting to put it here.)

I suggested this in the femshep trailer-thread but I figured it deserved its own topic.

My idea is this: a community event/contest where fans can submit their Sheps (be it male or female) with facecodes, of which a lucky few will be used in a special montage/tribute trailer promoting the game. Preferably a Blur trailer, but in-game would work too. 

The criteria could be as simple as the most unique Shepard's. Or it could be something else. Who knows. This is what forums are for. Suggest your own criteria!

An idea for the montage itself: each winning submission gets its own short scene, each blending seamlessly into the next. Maybe a single long continuous shot, where each Shepard blends into the next, with a finishing shot of them all posing in a group shot akin to this: (courtesy of ~a-stric @ deviantArt)

The theme of this trailer would play into the "shape your own experience" aspect of the game, where each Shepard is unique.

As for the priiiize (sorry, that's getting old now), having one's Shepard represented in the trailer would be rewarding enough in my opinion, but a group shot lithograph of all the winning contributions would be even better. Again, give your own suggestions!


A nice way to celebrate the final installment, methinks. I'd like to emphasize that this would be open to all Shepards, not only femshep. Just to be clear.

Any thoughts? Ideas?
