my order on EA.com just DISAPPEARED!!!O.O I have no idea what to do and i had the CE on preorder but now its not on there at all! No info, nothing as if i never placed the order O.o
What do I do?!!!! Im a noob about that site so hopefuly thats what they always do?
Anyone else have this happen?

Hm. Sounds wierd. But yeah. You should contact the support. You should also hvae gotten a link in the mail to it from them. If you still have it that is.

Panda, I had the exact same problem happen two weeks ago. Trudged through the EA forums and found that it had also happened to several other people (specifically the Dragon Age: Origins pre-order, ironically enough). Once I contacted Customer Service, they assured me the order was still good; a day or two later they had it back up on the website.



Hopefully you fell into the same fluke I did, and your order is still good and viable. *Crosses fingers*

oh god thank you Ezikial, do u happen to know where on the fourms? and did it just pop up cuz u happend to talk to support about it? God im really worried right now:( this is first time using EA and so far this and other stuff dealing witht his game has been sucky

I wouldn't worry about it at all, you have your confirmation number so all's good. I'd give them till like Thursday maybe and if it's not displaying by than, contact them.



Glitches like this happen and often by the time you've started panicking it's already been fixed. :)

yea i just did a chat with them and they said its all here and everything is good, i was freaking out mainly cuz it wouldnt let me log into my account cuz it said my password was wrong and it wasn't but yea they said i should have it on release^_^

same thing here Panda but I just got back from gamestop and they are going to hold a copy for me if EA doesn't deliver I just walk in there and pick it up EA wont even let me contact customer service cause I have to log in and that aint happening

Understandable to freak out, I think, when you are pumped for something, have it on preorder and expect it to be delivered as promised. I think I'd do much the same.



DA:O (the CE) is the first game EVER that I've paid in full before the game even arrives. I'm not taking any chances on some mess up, especially with the talk of limited quantities and such. The way that this release is going with all the different bonuses and questions about what's what and where, it was confusing enough to just get it out of the way. It's not that I was terribly concerned about getting the CE (I would have been okay getting the regular edition, if need be), it was only that I wanted to avoid scenarios like yours.

Well I am trusting EA to get it right I was seriously thinking about the CE digital download just to be safe but gamestop assured me they would hold a copy of CE for 24 hours for me.

Funny enough, the only trouble I have had with the EA Store, wasn't the their fault at all. It was the courier company that messed up the order and delivered it to the wrong house. It actually happened twice and EA was good enough to give me an new copy because of it.

My order was CE 360 and because it's a pre-order they said it wouldnt be in order history until it processed and shipped.

However I used the expedited shipping method(next day) and was told later that I wouldnt receive it until the 6th or the 9th so I then cancelled my order and went through Best Buy because they guaranteed me delivery by release date Nov 3rd, and only cost me like 6 bucks more.  EA customer support had no idea of half of what I asked either they said I'd be able to download it on the 3rd at one point after I repeatedly told them XBOX 360 several times as to the platform it was for.

lol yea i seem to notice that they just flat out avoid some quests which is pretty lame, I had an error message come up wth this game and out of all that mess i got a 25% discount but either way im not shipping on their site again.

Wow so they told u the 6th?:( damn cuz I also put it on next day but oh wells

Well that is rather strange as I still have all my records of the purchases I made there. I even had 3 preorders also with no problem of them erasing it from my account. :huh:
