Well that is rather strange as I still have all my records of the purchases I made there. I even had 3 preorders also with no problem of them erasing it from my account.

I thought so too, but they assured me the order was still in their records and that I would be charged when it shipped. It better be true or I'm going to be cross.

lol yea i seem to notice that they just flat out avoid some quests which is pretty lame, I had an error message come up wth this game and out of all that mess i got a 25% discount but either way im not shipping on their site again.

Yeah I had $15 off coupon for a mis-hap with NCAA 2010, and figd I'd pre-order DA: O through EA and low and behold I was told 3rd when I first ordered it, then later the 6th or 9th and I paid the next day shipping, so frankly I had enough of the incompetence, no offense to anyone who may have relatives or friends that work for EA or believe their customer svc is top notch, but I've waited too long and been looking foward to this title so much that I had to cancel my order through them and go with another retailer regardless of bonuses, my CE bonuses with dvds and soundtrack ect were enough in the first place.

Hope it all works out for you and no prob about the number it seems like companies like EA hide numbers from people all the time, "LEAVE US ALONE WE DONT KNOW WHAT WE'RE DOING DONT CALL US AHHHHH!" lol

Well I am trusting EA to get it right I was seriously thinking about the CE digital download just to be safe but gamestop assured me they would hold a copy of CE for 24 hours for me.

Hey Dennis how did you get lucky enough to find a Gamestop that wasn't sold out of CEs? I tried ordering mine instore and online back in the first week of september and I guess all but the ps3 version of the collector's was sold out.

My biggest worry for Dragon Age and Eastore(They were my second choice) is that I chose UPS Ground for the shipping choice, because my mom had volunteered to pay for the game since I was low on cash and I didn't want to charge her through the roof with added fees. UPS Ground estimates 3-4 days for delivery and I think I could live with getting it by friday but I abolustely could not wait till monday and since I placed my order they have revoked the Overnight shipping options, which sucks cuz I definately have the money now. I am currently considering digital d/ling it off Steam.

I always buy from a shop like game,i never order games online no matter how much cheaper they are.

If things go wrong then i am back down that shop pronto.

yea i normally order in a store as well like gamestop, i orderd this for the first time on gamestop.com cuz a friend (now ex friend) gave me enough money to get the CE edition back in July(I checked) from them with 2 day shipping:) BUTTTTT I check back about a month later and it said it was backorderd so i emailed them they tell me that there was NO money on the card, so it turns out my (now ex friend) used all money except like 10 dollars so i had to go thru a gamestop Store to get a refund, do that.

Go on EA after working chores for parents cuz i dont have a job yet, get $100 to pay for the CE on overnight for $90 than all this error stuff happens and about a month later with frustrating issues than do I get the 25% discount but than this happens:( Guess it could be worse.....somehow
