We all know ME3 will apparently have multiplayer so sense we don't have a choice on this matter. Will they finally let us upload all the desicions and data we have collected throughout all the games. It would be really cool. Kind of like dragon age and how it shows your decisions you have made through the game so other players can view it. I think this would be awesomeness and I support it. But here is the question? Do you?

Also no one knows if Mass Effect 3 will have multiplayer

There is no proof, just a rumor because of something EA said about Dead Space 2.

As for the multiplayer - bah, we all know nothing has been confirmed as of yet.

Best case scenario: They don't do it.

If they had to do it: Some form of 3rd person shooter co-op missions kinda like L4D.

What they'll probably do and worst case scenario: Blue Suns vs. Eclipse death match shooter.

I don't hope for multiplayer (don't think it would kill the game but I'd rather their focus not be spread out) but I do think it would be cool to be able to upload our Shepards, ala DA:O.

We DO NOT know this.  There IS NO proof.  
This would be the worst thing, 2nd worst thing BioWare could do to this promised trilogy of single player goodness.  1st worst thing would be to have LI have sex with someone else in order to survive.  The only multiplayer anything, that would not make me want to start throwing things would be some kind of DLC with a multiplayer mission that I could ignore.
