In other words could two master paralyze runes be equal to, or greater than one grandmaster rune? Or would you just be wasting a slot?

AFAIK, the percentage does increase, so two runes will have ca.10% chance to work, but will have a shorter duration than a Grandmaster rune.

In Awakening, you can create your own runes, so you can stack as many paralyze runes as you want.

I have a rune question... If my archer always has his bow out, does he still get the physical resistance % bonus from the runes in my daggers which are equipped as secondary weapons ?

Unfortuately, you only get bonuses from the equipped weapon. Having a secondary weapon only lets you save inventory space, it seems. Too bad bows and staves can't be enchanted with runes.

Yes, I've tested this and you can definitely stack paralyze runes. Whether or not they stack like 1%+1%+1%= 3% I'm not sure. I think they may be just individual chances like 1%,1%,1%.

Your rune effects do stack. If you had three grandmaster dweomer runes, you'd have 30% magic resistance.

Paralyze runes don't stack in the usual sense. Multiple Paralyze runes will each have a chance to trigger separately. But they won't stack duration, etc.

But duration isn't really an issue if you're a rogue trying to get auto criticals. So having multiple runes definately increases the odds of that.

Jack's right, Arthur that's not the case with damage and attack modifying runes.
