I don't know how I feel about how they Double Subverted Never Found The Body. I don't think I like it much, though. I do like what they did with the Royal Blood trope: namely, that Calenhad himself had nothing to recommend him until he drank dragon blood. (Except that it really shouldn't have lingered on long enough to effect Maric or Alistair...)
