do you guys really have to argue about which version looks better?

Everyone has their own opinions, so get used to it!

I honestly think the PS3 version has better lighting, and i think it looks better overall.

This looks like early work so all thee graphical complaints are really non valid until the game comes out. Like God of War 3 demo vs full game and people really need to relax.

Yes the PS3 version looks better and will look even better then this when the full game comes out. 360 fanboys whining about it is not really a surprise.

There really are some valid criticisms in there by some, but mostly it's "It's repetitive." as though that's a burn.



All games are repetitive. Uncharted? Shoot enemies. Climb. Perhaps solve puzzle. Move on.



God of War? Cyclone Spin enemies. (Really no reason to use any other move) Climb. Perhaps solve puzzle. Move on.



Any FPS? Shoot. Kill. Rinse. Repeat.



It is, quite frankly, just a weak-minded, determined to hate, inarticulate criticism of ANY game.

No it does not look much better (except lightning, but that doesn't matter).

And no, full version is not going to look better. This game is GOLD, that means it's finished.

The game being gold and the demo being released have absolutely NOTHING in common. This demo could be from 3 months ago before they were done polishing things up.

Regardless, it looks better than 360 to me (better color saturation, skin tones, lighting/shadows, framerate is MUCH improved)...but obviously nowhere near a nice PC.

We're talking about everything. Visuals seems good, very good, better illuminations on Ps3, but i usual don't play with visual, but with framerate and it is ridiculous. Few hours and download the demo, but even on neogaf talking about poor framerate e tearing.

I agree with you having played the demo for a while, screen shots on lens of truth are NO WERE near reality. Its way brighter, and waaay sharper. There are no  frame rate issues at all in the demo, only in the intro cut scenes. I'll trust IGN on that one, my own analysis shows the game is closer to the IGN video. 

I agree. The still shots are just that. Still shots. In movement I find the colors deeper, texture more detailed and the lighting better for the PS3.

Is it a "dump your 360 copy for this version" difference? No.


But it's still noticible and it makes the experience more immersive for me.

I'm sorry to say,but I own both systems (360&PS3),and the PS3 is killing the 360. I have a gamerscore of 36400 on the 360. From my personal experience the PS3 is better all around graphics,sound,performance,blu-ray,and durability.

I have been through 3 Xboxs already and my fourth is having the open tray problem as we speak. Throughout these Xboxs , I have had 1 PS3...

EDIT: So obviously in my opinion,everything on the PS3 is better then the 360. Live has some nice things to it yes,but overall PS3 is better.

Well In my opinion it looks better, on my tv anyway. On my bf's tv ME2 looked amazing but when I borrowed his 360 to play it on MY tv the lighting was really wierd and they fixed that on the ps3 version ^^

Maybe it depends on the tv if one looks better than the other?*shrugs*

I was on my 3rd 360 before I traded in my white box for a Slim (Only $50 cash to Gamestop after it was all done for a new slim) Seems to be working well so far though I'm still scared to turn it on.

Early last year I had my BD drive go out on my PS3, but that has been my only problem, really, since I owned an original PS back in the day. And I'm cool with that. I don't expect to NEVER have problems.

But when 3 consoles brick on you after about a year of moderate use? That's a major fail for the company.

I got both systems too. Exclusive games are definitely looking better on PS3 (i mean, just look at Uncharted...), but multi-platform games most of the time looks better on Xbox 360 (with few exceptions, like Final Fantasy XIII).

 I hate one thing about PS3. It's damn Dualshock 3, triggers fail hard.

just got finish playing the demo it ran well n looked good but i ran into a few problem the intro video had screen tearing, the graphic look good but they was jaggy n the mordin part of the demo there was sound problem like door sound was missing a few times,etc please fix these problem before the game release bioware

My friend's 1st xbox got the red ring of death, the 2nd just DESTROYED COD MW 2, by destroy I mean totally wrecked the game, so it's unplayable. I bought my PS3 1 week after the official lunch and... nothing. Never had a single damn problem. It's still running perfectly.

Lol the 360 still looks better. I was going to get this, but it seems that all they changed was brightness, and some lightmapping differences on some of the meshes from a couple of scenes :/ I think I'll be sticking to my PC version for now.

It's on the US store, I know it's a bad sad but I couldn't wait for the EU store update and downloaded it from the US PSN Store.

The bumpers and triggers are swapped, but you can go into options and swap them 'back'.
