Am i arguing that ME3 should have multiplayer? No of course not. Im just looking at it from both sides. If the MP team is lacking the said resources you mentioned, then the multiplayer aspect wouldn't work and would be rather crappy. But like i said, if its done by a different team entirely, whether or not the MP is good will not affect the SP campaign.
But at the end of the day i still think they should keep a Mass Effect game with multiplayer, away from Shepards story and in a spin off because thats where EA and Bioware can do anything they want with it.
You have a point in one way, but even if it is another team workign on it, that's still more resources they have to put into the game to have that other team working. Would it neccecerily affect the SP experence? No. Would it neccecerily mean it won't affect it? No to that as well. That being said, my vote is still nay.
