"The term pommy, often shortened to pom, is commonly used by speakers as a person of British (English, Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish) origin, in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. A derogatory term, it was controversially ruled no longer offensive in 2006"
I have just spared 10 seconds of your life, sacrificing from my own, I demand a cookie!

I don't think it is a husk. Wasn't that thing moved with four legs?
Is there something wrong with your browser that you can't be bothered to go an watch the video again before you make outrageously wrong claims?

Arr.... may be I am wrong but I remembed that thing was jumping towards humans (just like an animal) before it got shot. Regarding watching the video again, video streaming is almost blocked in my workplace.

It was running, got shot, and the momentum carried it foward, the husk faceplanted the ground.

Nope. I thought so too. Gaming sites have stated that it's actually a Collector and that they'll be coming back.
Sniper has been given the name of Ben in the Forums.
Links please.

Don't read much into it, gaming sites tend to be pretty oblivious: Grey Wardens (who are clearly Templars) vs. Mages, Varric as a Dwarven King (yeah, he isn't), Bethany was imprisoned in the Circle and escaped (whaat), etc.

Guys, IGN was speculating, exactly like we have been for the past couple of days. Personally, I do not believe that's a Collector or anything like that. A husk is the more likely guess, since he seemed to just run chasing the humans as if he wanted to "eat" them, which is not how the Collectors do it.
Our speculations were based on facts (well, at least we had something to back up our theories). And in the end it all proved 100% correct: ME3, London, Parliament, Shooter was on BigBen making cover fire for retreating civilians. I am still impressed how this was gathered from just one screenshot.
Most of the sites do not have any attempt to prove their theory.
I think it's a Turian: thin legs, wide shoulders, massive upper part of the body witch is common to their armor, small head in proportion to a torso, somewhat cylindrical shape of the head in horizontal angle.

That guy could be Hendel Mitra or Derek Izunami? and that enemy is indoctrinated human?
I doubt it would be Hendel remember Hendel is on a deep space mission with the quarians and with gillian.
Also I dont think they would bring one of the book characters into the game because it would confuse the large number of people who havent read the books or havent read Ascension.
Remember Hendel was only mentioned once in Retribution.

I know it sounds somehow, but some people might played ME2 terribly wrong and their Shepard might didn't make it.
And I think that those people will want to transfer their save file too,so I believe Bioware will have to do something in that case..

Have you thought that this soldier could be the game character for the people who lost Shepard at ME2 ?

Makes no sense to provide new char for ME3 if Shep died in ME2, when they showed Shep alive in the trailer for ME3.

No, because Bioware specifically said that if you let Shep die in ME2, you won't be able to import into ME3.Alithinos wrote...

It maybe not the game protagonist but it still could be a temporary player character just like Joker in ME2...Captain_Obvious_au wrote...

also,Shepard wasn't actually died in ME2 even if you failed at the last mission,he was saved by a friendly Collector/Prothean,a new potential squadmate! and this will be revealed if you create a new game in ME3..

In freezeframe it looks rather suspiciously like a Turian Husk.
Anyone have a high-res screenshot? This was my first thought as well.
