Have u guys really forgotten? Reapers indoctrinate the populace and use them az ground troups n stuff- the enemy is just some poor indoctrinated sap
If this is the case and "Ben" does not have any any clue what the Reapers are....how would he know if a person was indoctrinated and would he really shoot a human from a distance? If this enemy is an indoctirnated human how would "Ben" know that from a distance. For all he knows that person was running to help the woman. In which case he shot an innocent man.
My money is on a new type of enemy. I have more faith in Bioware that they will not recycle old enemies as the majority of enemies in ME3. Geth and husks had a limited role in ME2 as we fought mostly Collectors. I expect husks to make an appearance in ME3 but a new enemy to be the Reapers ground troops.

Trueth be told- the first time I watched it, I saw the clothes on the guy shot and thought "Mercy kill". Those people in the streets don't really have much of a chance anyway- why leave them to suffer? So I thought Ben killed him to spare him being abducted, wounded, killed in some more gruesome way or whatever the Reapers r doing.
As to how would he know that is (IF it is) an indoctrinated human- the Reapers have been there for weeks, months right? Big Ben must have caught on to the fact that some people are "going nuts" or something and are attacking others.
About the distance- the woman seems to be running away from something,
and when she falls down she backs away from the incoming man.
Husks are clothless and it looks humanoid(excluding other alien races collaborating with the Reapers) so my money is on "mercy kill" or an indoctrinated human.

also I wouldnt call it a POM, shepard has dealt with Husk ands Collectors, that POSSIBLE alliance soldier would have gotten an idea of what a Husk and a Collector looked like, and he clearly states he has no idea what the enemy is

He said only ONE week. If it's been months then there wouldn't have been a London to begin with.

In freezeframe it looks rather suspiciously like a Turian Husk.
Thats just what I was thinking. It had the slender hips and large torso of a Turian but it was shuffling around like a Husk. I have always wondered why we have never seen any husks besides human ones maybe they will change that in ME3.

Except indoctinated people look normal for the most part. A husk would not look normal from any distance.

People claim its human because its got human feet..
YET at 33seconds as it falls forwards into the ground its back foot flies up into the air and you can clearly see 2 toes.
Also its upper body is big and round and it lacks a distinct head untill its falling towards the ground.. at which point its head is not roundish like a human but angled.
Its foot matches turians and watch how its leg bends as it falls down.. and watch both the knee and the feet.. while near the end they look human they have spikes comming off them, even at the knee.. a bit like what Turians have.
HOWEVER
There is a problem that NO one has considered.
Its hidden by fog... because its hidden by fog it would not be a complete model... it would be just a roughly made model, not even textured. This is STANDARD practice when making CGI, you only do as much work as needed. Why spend hours creating a high detailed and textured model that is only going to get 3 seconds of screen time and be almost entirely hidden by fog.
Then the rigging, simple rigging without much time spent fixing weights.... its quite possible the spikes.. even what looks like 2 toes is simply distortion.

Okay the ground enemy is a Husk, and so what the pom has a voice actor? EVERY character in ME has a voice actor, so it really means nothing. I suspect that since he's on Earth and Shep isn't, that the pom will be important, but not a party member.
Also Ben. Really? Little Ben the Sniper in Big Ben the clock. Facepalm anyne?
I wanted Sir Liam Teadrinkington XIV, esquire.
