I know this is probably a common problem, but I dont want to have to sift through all the forum posts to find my answer.
I cannot buy any dlc of any kind from the bioware store. I have tried for both ME2 and DAO, and both times I get this message :
Internal Error.
The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.
If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it.
I first tried buying DLC back when Kasumi came out, so this has been a long-standing error. does anyone have any suggestions?

You wont be able to buy 360 dlc from the bioware store.Its sold on the xbox live marketplace.

I'm on PC, furthermore I know it's a problem with my account, because I replaced my computer this past fall and the problem persists on my new computer. Is there a setting or something I can change or some hoop I have to jump through to make my EA account capable of buying things?
