-Jason Statham for a character that mimics his usual on screen roles
-William Shatner as a ship commander. Just one line or two similar to what they did with the Destiny Ascension. Flip from the battle to the bridge showing him clutch his fist and say, FIRE!!!
-Liam Neeson - Scientist NPC?
-Leonard Nemoy - Turian Commander or elder type character
-R. Lee Ermey - Shepards second in command aboard the Normandy after a return to the Alliance
-Peter Cullen - MUST BE REAPER LEADER!
-Alan Rickman - Cerberus Operative trying to kill Shepard

Let's see here -
Patrick Stewart - Heck if he'll do the voice-over for the Sims Medieval intro, then there shouldn't be a reason why he shouldn't do ME3
Hugo Weaving - We already have Trinity, it shouldn't be hard to get Agent Smith in here.
Zachary Levi - Face it, the Chuck circle needs to be completed. Would probably make a good tech/science guy. (Salarian, a possibility but that might be a stretch)
Liam Neeson - Aslan. I could watch any Narnia movie just to hear him alone, not to mention his other body of work.
James Earl Jones + Morgan Freeman + Anderson's VA (who slips me right now, but The Cape probably isn't keeping him very busy.) = Worth the $60 alone if it can happen. I don't care what roles they do, make it so.
Special Request = If a scientist that makes a plan to take down the reapers can be voiced by Jim Parsons, you will have my thanks.

I actually hope the following...
Clancy Brown
Michael Ironside
Kurtwood Smith
...aren't in the game, because I'd die happy the second I heard one of them speak, and then I'd never get to see the end of the game.

I will also happily support anyone who suggests BRIAN BLESSED. Fun fact, I once played a gig in his old hometown, and you could still hear his voice on the wind.
Not because of memories, or anything, simply because the sound hadn't died down yet...
EDIT:
Also, Geoffrey Rush as a salarian would make my year!
EDIT OF THE EDIT:
Henry Rollins, too, please.

How about Christopher Plummer? He's got a lot of voice acting experience (Up, 9, An American Tale) plus he's no stranger to sci fi since he played General Chang in Star Trek 6. Maybe he could be cast as the head of the Alliance or something.

This guy
looks a big like Dennis Haysbert, who played David Palmer in 24, and is currently the Allstate guy.
I think it would be awesome if he was the judge presiding over your trial.

Clancy Brown plox.
Also, as unlikely as I know it is, I would go into spasms of joy if Hugo Weaving was in it somehow.

Yvonne Strahovski.... Again.
Awesome suggestion. I agree.
I'd also add:
Scarlett Johansson (as her character from the movie "The Island")
Michelle Ryan (from the short Bionic Woman series)
Katee Sackhoff (from the Battle Star Galactica series)
You asked for dream sheet, so there it is.

Nathan Fillion
Simon Pegg
Zachary Levi (partially because ZACHARY LEVI and partially because that means Chuck, Casey AND Sarah would all be in Mass Effect).

Here is a more organised list of my wishlist:
Humans
-Jason Statham - Alliance soldier, preferably squadmate
-Liam Neeson - NPC, maybe one of the higher ups of the Alliance
-William
Shatner as a ship commander. Just one line or two in a scene similar to what they
did with the Destiny Ascension. Flip from the battle to the bridge
showing him clutch his fist and say, FIRE!!!
-R. Lee Ermey - Shepards second in command aboard the Normandy
Turians
-Leonard Nimoy - Turian Elder/Politician
-Ray Winstone - Turian General
Salarians
-Steve Buscemi - New squad mate
-Gilbert Gottfried - Black Market trader
-Bobcat Goldthwait - Some sort of substance abuse addict
Asari
-Sigourney Weaver - Why she isn't already involved is beyond me..blatant matriarch material
Krogan
-Terrence Carson (Kratos needs to be on the list)
Quarian
-Kate Beckinsale (Anna accent from Van Helsing pleeeeease)
Drell
-Timothy Olyphant - Did a great job as Agent 47 so think could pull this off
Reapers
-Peter Cullen - MUST BE REAPER LEADER! Optimus Prime gone evil!
-Tobin Bell - Did a great job as Jigsaw and I think his voice would be pretty awesome Reaperfied

That would be David Anderson, and I suggest removing that image - breaks copyright laws and forum rules (youre risking a ban)
