i ended up getting three mountain dew's so i could get the three ME2 items. flash forward months later. i was going to sell my harddrive, but decided not to. i did erase everything, though. with your gamertag and account, it still remembers everything you downloaded, and it lets you redownload them. i did for those items, but whenever i start the game up, a pop-up shows up and says unable to locate.

am i screwed here? and yes, i only have it on the 360.

I don't know, never had this issue. try to do following (at least I would do it if I was you):

go to settings, and manually delete all mass effect related data. Then clean cache memory. Reboot console, start ME game, redownload DLC.

Maybe issue is that DLC was downloaded before you initialized the game?
