So, is anyone in Bioware/Microsoft/EA working on this? Because, as far as i know, the only EA's explanation was that the DLC weren't released beacause they were not compatible with Polish (that's example) version of Mass Effect 2. The problem is that some of us have English version (X360 CE wasn't dubbed). Why gamers in newly added countries are left without content (even the FREE ONES)?

All I got from both tech support is that they have forwarded it to the central. Which is corporate for we're not doing anything... I'm hoping that with the release of the new DLC, something will change...

Ok, I've just checked XBLM in Poland and I've seen ME2 added to the games on it (it wasn't even listed there before). MS added DLCs without Lair of the Shadow Broker.

Well, still nothing on the HU XBLM site, but if MS added something to the PL one, I'm hopeful that they will appear over here as well...

I also do hope we soon see ME2 DLC and extras on the Hungarian XBOX Live Marketplace. Keeping our fingers crossed :)

BTW, does anyone from Bioware actually read these posts? I hope so :D

Hmm, it seems that the DLCs - including Shadow Broker - is also available on the South African XBLM site... Come one, bring it to Hungary as well! :)

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Not that I'm indulging in schadenfreude, but it increases the likelihood that the problem will be solved.

Anyway, I'm having the same trouble as the rest of you guys. Boot up the game, log into the Cerberus Network, and when I try to download anything, be it free or paid DLC, I always get the following message: "There are no items available for purchase at this time".

The strange thing is, up until a month ago, everything was working fine. I've downloaded a bunch of different DLC over the course of 2010, with no problems. That includes stuff like 'Firewalker' and 'Lair of the Shadow Broker', and everything has worked like a charm, something I didn't expect, being that I'm using an American copy of ME2 on a Japanese console (I'm currently residing in Tokyo). But DLC has never been an issue up until now.

So, dear Bioware... could you kindly look into this problem? We'd really appreciate it. (And we'd be much more likely to keep buying DLC if you do!)

As said on one of Czech websites - we are treated as second-class citizens by Microsoft and others... and EA and Bioware are doing the same. I have bought my XBOX 360 S about a half year ago and this is a huge letdown. If I would have known this, I would have never invest money into XBOX in the first place and upgraded my old machine instead of having these problems with DLCs (especialy those for ME2) and other stuff on XBOX Live... Please can anyone from Bioware or EA tell us if the DLCs for ME2 are comming for Czech Republic, Hungary and other countries or they won't come at all? If not... it's not worth for me buying a copy of Mass Effect 3 when it's released...

Sorry for the little off topic...

Certainly worth a bump in conjunction with the Japanese focused thread with a similar issue. (Normally don't like such bumps.)

Hey!
I'm from Hungary, and I have the same issue.
It's really not fair on behalf of Bioware and Microsoft. We bought our games legally, our Xbox Live account is valid, so we should have the same rights. I can't imagine that it would take more than 1 hour to fix this, but as it is usual noone gives a crap about users that are not from the US or Western Europe. It's pretty disturbing.
So my question is: Why should i buy legal games then? If I don't get the privilages that i have the rights to have, then neither should I feel obligated to keep my end of the deal... It's almost Mass Effect 3 time, and as it was said previously: i have second thoughts about buying the game, cause if i can't have any bonus content, then i don't need to have a genuine copy... Of course you can come with the legal crap, but if noone care, why  should i?
I doubt that it has any effect, but i would like to ask someone there to fix this problem for us, cause we paid the same amount of money to have the same contents.
Thank you!

The Japan issue got a confirmed answer in that they won't get it; no idea whether the previously release of broken dlc got resolved though.

With ME3 round the corner and the negative with respect to Japan, I would guess that the dlcs won't be available for countries which still don't have the dlcs.
