The sidequest with the two asari that can't leave the Citadel is my favorite side-quest in the whole game. Why? Because finally I as a Spectre can actually use my position to get something done.
It is immensely satisfying when Shepard orders C-sec to remove them and they comply with "per your authority Spectre". Makes me feel all kinds of badass.
It's such a shame there aren't anymore moments like that in the game, we pratically never get to use our position in either ME1 or ME2.
Only other time I can think of is the apporach to Noveria, another awesome moment.
More Spectre moments in ME3 please!
I love it and there should be more of it
