I know this has been an issue for a few people before, but personally I have never had it happen until now.

I think I am on my fourth? Playthrough of Dragon Age, and as normally I was trying to romance Morrigan.  Which I have done three other times.  Yet.... There was never any option to kiss her.  I didn't do anything different then what I have done previously to romance her.  

Curiously, as I just got Zeveran and Leliana, I went to check their romances. And nothing.  I can only ask them about their lives, but Zeveran neither hits on me, nor do I have any options left to speak to Leliana. I never even learned about her stroies from when she was in Orlieas. 

I gave them many gifts, the ones they desire, so their approval raiting is all very high.  I am just confused.  I am playing the console version on the Xbox 360 and again this is the first time I ever have had this problem.

What I am wondering is if there is a flag that has been checked, that I can try to uncheck or if there is a work around I can do to kick one of the romances into play. (I'd really want to kick Morrigans back into play, but anyone will do at this point. )

for liliana you have to do a series of conversations with her in order to open up the romance, for zhevren im not so sure. considering he was all up on me after i recruited him
