Hi, this is my first post, and it's becouse i have this big problem

In the begining i buy dragon age origins, i download the DLC's and everithing was fine

But  lost my PSN password and start all over again in a new account

I bought dragon age ultimate edition and this is my problem.

It wont give me the trophies, only appears a message saying "Don`t win a trophie" how i fix this??
