title says it all based on the trailer, we will probably be seeing earth so..
 me personally.. i don't wanna see a cliche New York City
maybe soemthing like.. Atlanta ? Tokyo?

But more seriously by the time of Mass Effect 3 Ottawa ,Toronto ,London ,Detroit ,Port Huron ,Flint ,Niagra, woodstock, guelph etc etc are all probably one huge combined super city.

Well any city they show will probably be a major city that is easily reconized by the majority of the players, so you can figure possible candidates are Moscow, Rome, Paris, Tokyo, London, New York, or any place that has well known landmarks. As the teaser showed, from what little we saw London basically looked like London with a few futuristic looking buildings thrown in here and there to show that it is the future.

Well, the problem is: A lot of places we visit tend to explode after a while ... also: The reaper tourism does not make it any better.
