Well, I installed the game last monday and redeemed my codes for shale's quest and blood dragon's plate. Today I installed Windows 7 on my computer (I had XP), installed again Dragon Age, and now I cant even have access to DLC.
I still have my codes and they appear as redeemed on the web in my profile...
Any help? How can I get the DLC again? (I still have my character's saved games, but not DLC)

It´s the same here. I installed a new SO (Windows 7) And i Bought 2 DLC. I cant access to my content because displays a message like This: You need an autorized account to validate this content. My account it´s validate but stills no access to my dlc content. I´m angry and sad at the same time.

Had the exact same problem, just installed Windows7 and couldn't download and reinstall my DLC. So that's when I went here to maybe find some answers, I browsed for a couple of minutes (with DA running in the background). Upon returning to DA I noticed how several items had appeared under 'Download Progress', and to my suprise it was my lost DLC... So perhaps just leaving the DLC window open for a while will acutally help some of you as it did for me!

You can fix this by using regedit.
Create a key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\BioWare\\Dragon Age
Then create a string value inside
Path
Set the value to the root folder of your Dragon Age install.

Ignore the double-backslashes the forum software creates too...
