It started happening when i got G-mod Mass effect 2 addons I don't know if thats the direct cause or not.

The first problems is there was realy off bright colors and backgrounds where missing and the screen was a weird color... So I restarted the game and then it was all fine but then I get weird spikes on the character and he looks elastic and stuff same with planets with holes in them when i go to mine them. please help

classic symptoms for overheated video graphics = "artifacts".  Lower the resolution, and increase the air flow.

Its not just with that its with all my games even the ones that arent that graphical

Didn't you understand? It's not software, it's hardware, and if you don't do something to stop it, more will go wrong, and cost you more. I'm getting the sense here that you will need to take the machine to a repair shop because you don't want to do what is necessary by yourself to cure the symptoms.
