My cannon femshep is loyal to Kaiden, but she'd definately stray in at least on play through if given a decent human male alternative.

Seriously, Femshep drew the short straw in the love interest department in ME2, a reptilian, an amphibian and Jacob. And I never could bring myself to romance Jacob!
