Personally, I've had a thing for Shiala, the Asari you meet on Feros, since ME1. And she seemed pretty...interested, in ME2, as well.
Just hope that they manage to get her back to her original colour.

Kasumi would be nice, if Bioware made her more interactive and lets us explore her background a bit more. It would be a waste to just put her as an extra squadmate in ME2 and not do anything more then be "e-mail" in ME3.

Seriously there's already creepy fan art out there of it, so you might as well make it legit Bioware. Plus if there is a female Turian L.I. that means there'll be at least one female Turian in ME3. Seriously the lack of female Turian isn't even explained away in the case of Krogan and Salarians. They're suppose to be a species of relative gender equality, yet all we see is dudes. The fact we still didn't in ME2 was disappointing.
Either that or a Female Drell.

I'm mostly for the continuation of romances from ME1 & 2 (makes sense since many fans invested time in these characters), but I wouldn't mind at least one new romance option.
Male Shepard:
-A new human female, preferably an engineer or infiltrator (we already have many female adepts). Preferably dark skinned (black, multiracial, or even a darker asian/pacific islander) for the sake of more diversity (all other human female LIs are white).
Female Shepard:
-A hispanic (James Vega would fit nicely) or asian guy, preferably NOT an angst ridden whinebot (Anders, Alistair, Carth, I'm looking at you guys). Preferably more of a bro. I could see vanguard, infiltrator, or adept work nicely.
