[Sypher_Kyaeon]

I've been planning a crossover between Dragon Age and Berserk for quite a while now.  This is a prequel to that story that sets up the main pairing of the actual story, which is Fem!Cousland/Leliana, so consider yourself warned if that isn't your thing. To set the stage a little, I've changed the Human Noble Origin quite a bit. Leliana and Elissa Cousland (I like that name, so sue me. Good job, BioWare) meet three years before Howe attacks Castle Cousland on a political visit to Orlais. Other changes will become very apparent.

Also, a couple of little things:

1) I write mainly to tell the story and use whatever I can to do that, so I may use a phrase or two that are slightly anachronistic, but not too many and I'll never reference anything not of the time period.

2) I'm planning to revise this very shortly, and I'll make a note on here when I do. Until then, a minor plot point that came up needs to be clarified, Leliana is twenty years old, and not really head over heels for Marjolaine yet.
