I'll start off with stating that I personally don't want new squadmates. If there happens to be new faces aboard the Normandy I want those to be old ones.

1. Anderson*

2. Kai Leng*

3. Liara

4. Virmire Survivor

5. Wrex (probably not, but I can dream)

*They could be released in DLC like Zaeed & Kasumi along with a little mission that culminates with you 
  choosing between one of them.

I don't want more recruitment missions (HELL NO!) and just want to concentrate on the story and the Reapers.
 
I know BW oficially said Liara will come back (along with a little bonus for those who remained with her) and we'll just have to see what goes on with Ash/LT (future DLC for ME2 perhaps?).

I know everyone in ME2 could be dead for ME3 but all who survived should come back (yes, even Thane) and wouldn't take up space in the game if BW just puts them there and that's it. Not too much dialog or too much focus on them as they were in the spotlight for ME2.

Oh man, almost forgot Kal'Reegar. He would make a great squadi, but not too much indication that he would join us was given, but he could replace Tali if she leaves to join the Quarian Council for those that came out good on her loyalty mission.

Any thoughts?
