I bought Mass Effect 2 brand new, with the Cerberus code. I played and beat the game, and used the code to download the exclusive content (Zaeed, the Normany crash site, etc.). That xbox bit the dust and I now have a new one with no game save content (it's ok though).
With the same gamertag I registered the Cerberus account to, I cannot re-activate my account on my new xbox, and all I get is the error message "key code already in use." Well, yeah...I used it.
I have already transferred my licenses on xbox's website and still can't download any of the previous content. Help would be appreciated! Thanks.
New xbox, can't access cerberus anymore, "code in use"

Try the Official Xbox Forums on xbox.com. It sounds more like an error on their end, more than on BioWare's end.

The problem is that op failed do de licence the original xbox for cerberus codes. And the code is one time shot only. So he might have to by cerberus again or transfer files from the old hard drive.

To do that you need, your old xbox serial number and hard address code. Then you need to contact bioware and tell them to remove hard address from their data base. or you can remove your old hardrive if it is usable and transfer the data to now xbox. Hope this helps.
