So I must've went a little crazy with the checkbone part of making my Shephard's face cuz at certain angles (which comes up a lot) it goes to a point and looks sharp (I know other people experience this as well).

Is there a way (I'm going through ME2 again) to redo his face and ONLY fix his cheeks? When you go to customize face it changes to a default face and doesn't let you work on the imported face.

Is there a way to get the code from my imported face to paste into the box once you go to customize a face? Please let me know if I can fix this problem so I don't have to deal with point-for-cheeks the whole game.

Thanks!

Imported faces don't have codes, as far as I know. The ME2 character creator tweaks the ME1 character creator enough that it can't edit faces from it.

Or you can just recreate the face you want in ME2

I thought abou that but (me personally) I wanna keep the face consistant across all three games and I actually did start ME1 last night again and found a face I do like and it doesn't have the cheek issue.

I still vote that there needs to be more polygons or whatever for those angles that make them look very awkward and pointy as theat issue still exists in the 2nd game albeit somewhat rare and not overpowering; however, still present and bugs the hell out of ya

Ha Ha! Im certainly not laughing at you mate, just at the situation! I had the same thing. I was devo'd because it bugged me that much that I simply could not continue with my main character in ME2, so had to create new one and go renegade, just so I could see ME2. I had to then revisit ME1 and playthru again for my main paragon. What a pain.  I made the adjustments I thought correct in ME1 and luckily my character more or less transferred over the same. I know what you mean though, its infuriating. Once you notice it, it never ceases to grate you! Just start again is my advice.:(

I totally agree with you Spuudle. If it helps anyone I found a solution:

start ME2 with the charater's face u wanna fix and when youre able to get to the squad screen (where you can upgrade) there is a code on the top left above your characters face.

Copy it down and restart the game and import the character. Once you get to change the face go ahead and type the code in and it'll be the same face!

This way you can now redo the same face with any adjustments you want. It's kind of frustrating but that's what you gotta do.

Old topic i know, but just thought id ask if the sliders are the same across both games? planning to create my final ME1 character to play through both games with over the next 2 months until the release of 3. I plan to note down the number of clicks on the sliders as i go through - long winded but not as bad as playing through the me2 prologue twice! Then, assuming both game's sliders are the same, i can have those numbers saved somewhere, enter them into the me2 CC and make any changes i want. But i dont want to be relying on this if it doesnt work, so does anyone know if this is a viable method of editing shepard?
