If I had to choose it would be:

Garrus, Wrex, Liara, Ashley, Thane, Legion, Kasumi, Kal'Reegar and Aria.

If I see a squad of those coming towards me with their weapons ready I would honestly crap myself and run away in total fear.

Garrus and Legion for sniping.

Ashley and Wrex for pure carnage in yer face shotgun kills.

Liara and Aria to trap and disable with biotics.

Thane and Kasumi for sneaking and CQC kills.

And Kal'Reegar would bombard everyone with a volley of missiles.
