I know at one time J.E. Sawyer was working on the release of BG3 aka The Black Hound as a NWN2 module. Is this still ongoing or is this project dead? I know he had done some work on starting this? If it is dead, might he release what he completed and maybe the plot and what ideas he had to the community so it could still be done?

Unfortunately, I think it is dead. I'm not sure anyone has ever asked him to release anything though. It might be a good idea, actually. I'm sure one of the moderators here has the means to contact him, or help you contact him. I support the idea of submitting an inquiry, if nothing else.
