I have done this about 20 times with vaqrious wardens have created but i still don't get traveler and yes i did all the side quest from chantry's board and the antivan crows >< some one help for before i go mad!! (insane wise lol)

I just recently got the trophy. It was a pain at first until I used the list of the Dragon Age Wiki. In addition to the list I also completed the quest, The Trial of Crows. Make sure you do them so you are able to go to Kadan-De Hideout. The trophy unlocked for me when I reached the roof to fight the Archdemon. So good luck and just keep being persistent.
