Re: the optional part. That's interesting to know. Options are good. At the same time, it may be the kind of option you had with Zevran, where there is no choice in not taking him that doesn't make you feel like a jerk.

Yes, but it is hardly silly isn't it? Isabella's boots cover most of her legs and her tunic covers most of everything about her boots, its hardly noticable that she is without pants.

I just feel like they put...uhm how should i call it...intimate things where it is not necessary. For example i would like better sex scenes rather than see Isabela's assets all game.

Yeah, don't worry, DragonAge Nexus will have that covered for you within a week of the game's release. The all-nude body models? 48 hours, tops, with 7 choices of pubes and breast sizes. Anime hairstyles, furry Hawke? Not long after. The Nexus mod community is as consistent as clockwork.

Oh, and that one weird modder will incorporate the ability for any character, regardless of gender, to sport a massive woody at all times.

I don't know that I've seen a sex scene in a game yet that I haven't found awkward. Having an achievement pop up in the lower right kinda undermines the seriousness of the portrayal. But if you liked ME1's, that ought to be achievable.

About the whole Isabela and her lack of pants... She reminds me of the girls from Brazilian Carnival. A lot. Hey, any day a samba school decides to use videogames as a theme, they won't even need to make a female half-naked version of a famous male character, they can just use Isabela instead!

If anything Isabella is probably overdressed;..by default Medieval peasants did not wear underwear. And the irony that pants is somehow considered the norm for fashionable dress; the only reason Romans began imitating the barbarian practice of wearing pants is because so many emigrated to the Empire and were recruited into their Legions.

As it turns out, she's actually just wearing a thong, which is ridiculous. Who the hell goes around in a t-shirt, boots and thong?
