I volunteer to go podcast Yvonne Strahovski. Of course it will be 2 hours of me drooling into the microphone, but still.
"Volunteer" yourself? You mean fight your co workers to death right? ^^ I'd give my left arm to volunteer for that!
By the way I saw ME2 PS3 footage on IGN. AWESOME job. As a gamer I can feel the love that I don't feel a lot
from other game companies. Keep up the good work.

PS3 version looks pretty much exactly the same, at least thats what i got from the footage.
Well, they did say they used the exact same assets as the other versions. The only differences I would imagine would be the way shadows and lighting renders.

I just hope BioWare doesn't go console-exclusive in the future, whether it be Xbox or PS3.

I hope the PS3 version sells well, I'm past fanboyism (was a hardcore Nintendo one before I grew up... no pun intended).

I really don't see the point of 3rd party exclusivity. If Microsoft or Sony brought the cheddar and asked "make me a good game for my system" then ok, but with EA fronting the money then it shouldn't exclusive.

Looks great. However, I'm positive the 360 version looks a lot better on my tv then whatever they used for that comparison.
Actually, I just downloaded the 360 demo and that video is completely representative of how that segment looks. Is it just something about the demo? Because the color is really weird when compared to the PC version of the game.

I greatly appreciate all of the improvement you have made for the PS3 version and I can wait to finally get to play Mass Effect 2 at my own house on my own system.I watched my bf play all of ME and ME2 and played a quick game(the minimum 25 hrs) of ME2 on his Xbox360.So Im already a huge fan of the franchise and this will be a day 1 buy for me

I own both ME1 & ME2 on Xbox, and I plan on getting ME2 on PS3, cuz its my preferred system. Hell the only reason I got an Xbox was to play Mass Effect. Though Im pretty bummed about ME1 not making the same transition. A remake would be nice
I'm in the exact same boat, the sole reason i bought a 360 back in the day was Mass Effect. The comic really breaks my heart personally, I was hoping for much more, involving in-game character models and the like. At least that way your custom shepard could actually show up in the panels. But the terrible Dark Horse art is just a throwaway.
I wonder if this means things like Conrad Verner will just never show up in the PS3 ME2.

Verner was completely glitched on the PC as it didn't recognize the route you talke with him in ME1. He said I pulled a gun on him when I went the Paragon route. Pissed me off.vp1940 wrote...

But I guess that's just marketing, they don't want people skipping the PS3 version because it looks exactly the same.

Besides, why is Jacob shiny on the PS3? Is it to make the "priiiiiiiiize" even creepier?

Me too! I will continue to play on my 360 too, since that's the only place I can play ME (I have a rubbish PC so it IS the only place) + I love my 360..... And I love Mass Effect.clennon8 wrote...
I've spent hundreds of hours playing this game my Xbox 360, and I'm looking forward to playing it on PS3. It's going to be an even better experience. No disc swapping, updated game engine, interactive comic to set up specific imports...
I can't help wondering how nice it will look on PS3 since DA: O does look noticeably different (have it on both) on PS3!
