Believes wardens have to offer a unique moral compass to guide others, and generally tries to weaken but not destroy the Chantry-- turned over ancient texts to Chantry scholar, but killed Genitivi to keep the Urn secret.
Like others, I feel obligated to bring in a non-human save just to balance out elves and dwarves being unplayable.

I think the boon you ask for at the end which is partially dependent on your Origin could certainly make a difference. For instance I can't see a free Circle not having some impact in DA2.snfonseka wrote...
Human Noble, but I don't think the origin type will make any major affect on DA 2.
As for myself my main "canon" character is a female city elf rogue. Though I plan on importing a human female mage as well.

I'll throw up links to my DA2 Import album. I'm going to have to lay down some ground rules, as I intend to review DA2, and am going to be doing all three classes. I have three females and three males of each class, though.

I figure I'll go with his save, since I don't have any particular reason to choose one save over another until I know more.

So I will import my well... Morally backwards female blood mage/arcane warrior/battlemage. She romanced Alistair, got him on the throne, put Anora in prison, got no royal title herself, but in my head she kept influencing him nonetheless. She hates the Chantry more than anything, she enjoyed killing possessed templars at the Circle and as a boon she freed the mages and most imprtantly the epilogue didn't bug...

For some reason I think Dalish will be the best as an import because it is in fact the clan from the Dalish origin that returns in DA2.
Other possible imports:
* 2 female bloodmages, don't know if it will make sense to import them actually. I believe it has been confirmed that the 'free the Circle'-boon will not happen (Chantry is against it).
* 2 queen Couslands, they don't feel that special to me, though it might be interesting to see what the 'side with Branka' and 'side with the werewolves' will mean for DA2.
* 1 city elf, besides the 'free the alienage' not that special.
* 1 Orlesian Warden, I'd like to import this one as well, so I can see what they did with the decisions from Origins.

For my first pt, which will be a Mage Hawke, I'll import my HMN who is a Sword and Shield Warrior.
For my 2nd pt, which will be a Warrior (Sword and Shield maybe, we'll see), I'll import my Mage from DA:O. :-)
Sword and Shield? You know you wanna beast your way through darkspawn with a two handed axe.

Bhelen, no Anvil.
Dalish, Zathrian released curse.
Saved Redcliffe, best possible outcome for Guerins.
Saved the Circle Tower.
Romanced Morrigan only.
Spared Loghain. Alistair married Anoya.
Turned down OGB.
Sacrificed himself so Fereldan would be united under the Theriens, Guerrins, and MacTirs.
No Awakening, no Witch Hunt - I'm dead - but they were crap anyway (IMO).

I want to use my mage's save but i'm afraid it won't acknowledge my boon for independence because of a stupid bug in the epilogues!
I hope it does work, my mage did that too and then in awakenings I couldn't ever discuss it with Anders.

Well Gaider hints that the boon for independence wouldn't take for the Chantry so I'm guessing that's why there's no mention of it from Anders or is there something I missed when getting the boon in Awakening? When getting autonomy from Alistair, I went to talk with Irving and my boon completely escaped him, as if something hadn't triggered the conversation that you would usually have when getting that particular boon and also when going into epilogue when origins ends, when completing Dagna's request to go join the Circle of Magi, it should not include the lines of an Exalted March after getting independence. Laidlaw said he would have it looked at to see if this kind of bug would affect your save transfer but DA2 is just 3 months away; I hope he doesn't let us down.
