That's the general consensus, pretty much. Anything less than a Lair of the Shadow Broker reunion simply won't do. Horizon was an embarrassment, and not because it was short.
Which is why we need VS DLC. Even though I hate Kaishley Willenko.
This. Horizon was a steaming pile of poo poo.
For Tali, anything less than building a house on the homeworld, demasking and 10 minute sex scene is unacceptable.
For Ashley, anything other than 15 babies is unacceptable.
For Garrus, anything less than calibrations is unacceptable.
For Jacob, anything less than the priiiiiize is unacceptable.
For Miranda, anything less than dat is unacceptable.
For Mordin, anything less than a Moulin Rouge type love scene is unacceptable.

What about Jack? (even tho I've never tried her romance... she's my least favorite LI)

Besides, she seems to be the one who always saves me from falling to my death at the end of the last boss fight...

Bioware you had better not screw over the ME2 romances like you did the ME1 ones.
Please, oh PLEASE let Shepard and their ME2 love stay together in ME3. PLEASE continue the romance plots in ME3 (and remain TOGETHER together too, not the "personal interests" crap that seperates Shep and Liara). If ME3 utterly ruins the ME2 romances like ME2 ruined the ME ones... I'm going to be so unbelievably upset and angry. If Garrus/Shepard or Tali/Shepard's relationship gets tossed under a bus and run over... I won't buy the game. And, I'll die a lot inside.
I don't think they messed up the ME1 romance. I liked that Kaidan/Ash calls you out for working with cerberus. And, while I would have liked some extra dialogue options on Horizon and would have liked to respond to the e-mail, BioWare always said that the ME1 LI would not be in your crew so that they would still be around for the ME3 game, so I'm expecting Kaidan/Ash and Liara to be able to join your crew if you want them.
And yes, if they messed up ME3 and do not follow through on that promise I'll be in the same boat of anger. While I'd still buy the game I probably wouldn't play it more than once or twice (which happened with DA since I hate the endings).
I do hope they make the ME2 romances available in ME3. I'd like the surviving ME2 crew to be available as ME3 crew mates if you want them and I want to see how Jack changes since my nice guy Shepard fell for her. Just leaving all of the ME2 romances sort of hanging on cliff edges would be wrong.

Well Garrus and Tali most certainly are not dead, they're still mah Shep's loverboy/lovergirl and I want it to stay that way in ME3.
Well, I have games where Jack died, where Tali died and in another one Garrus died and in another one Thane died and in one everyone lived and the whole point of the game is to have our choices, good or bad, carry over to the ME3 one.
But, I still think they can do it. They had an empty slot for the vs and I think if they have been planing it, they can have blank spots for the NPC's who died and the ones who survived should be able to stay with you if you want them.
I'd actually like them all to go on leave and then only pick up the ones I want to work with. Even though I didn't romance Garrus or Tali, I want them in my crew, but on some carryovers I would not pick up Jack or some of the others.
