Honestly? That scenario is ONE of many scenarios I EXPECT from ME3, that our actions and decisions in the game will have serious consequences. If not, I will be bored. So bring it on Bioware! Thats why I love this game. And thats why I have several savegames, I want to see them all!

Maybe he read how during the rachni wars the reapers were secretly behind it and mixed up the time period or something.



It is plausible though for the rachni to be indoctrinated in me3.



I wont have the problem since I killed the queen though.

I was actually disapointed in ME2 on some of the "consequences". I played ME1 several times with different actions and nothing really serious happend. I killed Wrex in ME1 and what happend? His brother took over. I killed that Asari who got spit out that monster and what happend? Someone from the colonie took over and gave me the same quest. I killed the council and well nothing really exciting happend, besides that the Rhodam Expedition guy doesn't like me. But I can still get my discount in his shop. Im really hoping for some more serious consequences in ME3! Is it just me?
I want more!!  
I want to be threatend all the time, I want some serious action, raised difficulty for some renegade actions, I want to be pissed off!

You all realize that rachni queen is pretty effectively hidden from the rest of the galaxy (reapers shouldn't even know it still exists).

Also she has Shiala and her experience with indoctrination as well as no motiavtion to serve the reapers voluntarily.
