If it were up to my Sheperd,
Samara
Jack
Jacob
Kasumi
Thane
Zaeed
Tali
Garrus
Miranda
Grunt
Mordin
Legion
Just trying to think of who would be most useful to Sheperd if he needed to gain allies for the Reaper invasion. Miranda has tons of contacts, Grunt brings the Krogans (and Wrex), Mordin is smart, and if all else fails, Legion helps lead the reprogrammed Geth.
